A small town girl with big city talent...

Born in the small town of Quincy, IL., Cari's life was filled with music and entertainment from the very beginning. Cari grew up with limited resources but used that experience as inspiration to help others who face similar struggles. Growing up in a family of musicians, she was inspired by the female singers in her family as well as by fierce female rockstars like Tina Turner, Heart, Celine Dion, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, and more. Music wasn't her only passion. She also had a love for fashion and acting, dreaming of one day becoming an international superstar. Cari drew her inspiration for acting from some of the most iconic and sophisticated black actresses in Hollywood from Diahann Carol, Halle Berry Jada Pinkett-Smith, influenced by their talent, beauty, and sex appeal, fueling her desire to follow in their footsteps.

Cari began her acting career in Quincy, acting in community theatre productions such as Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella and Aladdin. After moving with her family to Atlanta, GA she continued to hone her talents, achieving a BA in Fine Arts (fashion design/ marketing) and becaming the singing protégé of renowned Jazz singer, Theresa Hightower. Cari is deeply committed to giving back to her community through corporate volunteerism. She is the Vice-President on the nonprofit board for Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta (CVC) who's mission is to help businesses achieve growth through their commitment to community engagement.

As an acting coach, Cari is dedicated to teaching and inspiring other actors, through her classes at Artistic Heights Academy in Atlanta, GA. She shares her wealth of acting knowledge with her students, teaching from the book,

"The Power of the Actor" by Ivana Chubbuck.

Despite the challenges that she has faced along the way, Cari has never lost sight of her dreams and continues to push to new heights. Her tenacity and determination are matched only by her kind heart and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the world. This superstar hopes to inspire others to never give up on their own dreams and to pursue their passions with love and dedication and that anything is possible! With each performance, Cari proves why she's the rising international superstar to watch. The world is her stage and she's giving the performance of a lifetime.
